05.09.2018

This year the owners of the popular Galaxy A3 (2016) have faced the irritating charging problem. After the Nougat update, the smartphone stopped getting charged up beyond 87%. What is more, they noticed that the battery get drained faster than it was before. Until now the users couldn’t solve the problem and the only way out was to return to Android Marshmallow.

Finally, Samsung presented the latest update that is going to solve the problem. Although, there is no exact information about the reason of this annoying disorder, the smartphone can be charged up to 100% again due to the update that comes with a build number of A310FXXU3CQI8. However, there is still one more weak point – the update is available only for the users in Europe. Samsung promises that it won’t last for long and in the nearest future other regions will get it as well.

If you don’t want to wait until they send you the notification of installation, just open the device’s Settings and download the update manually. That’s it! Enjoy using your Galaxy A3 again.
