The Upcoming Android Oreo Won’t Be Available for All Galaxy Smartphones

As we have noticed, the most important thing for the owners of Samsung devices is the updates that are supposed to change the functionality of their smartphones. It’s like to get the new one but for free (we are joking, of course). This time when everyone is waiting for an upcoming Android Oreo, it has become the main topic of discussions. The main question that bothers Samsung’s users is whether the update is going to be available for this or that Galaxy model.

Although there is no exact information about the day when it happens, we have a list of smartphones that will definitely get or don’t get this upcoming update.

Android Oreo will be available for the next Samsung’s devices, including Galaxy S8, S8+ and S8 Active, Note 8 and Note FE, Galaxy S7, S7 edge and S7 Active, all models of A series (2017), J7 and J5 (2017) as well as Galaxy C9 and C7 Pro, Tab S3.

The owners of the following models might be disappointed as their handsets won’t get the fresh update: GalaxyS6 and S5, Note 5, all three versions of A series (2016) as well as J models of 2016.

This list was created taking into consideration the updates of the previous years. It is not the final information so it might be changed a bit as soon as we get more news from our reliable sources. Don’t get upset, if your favorite smartphone will not get the fresh Android Oreo. Maybe it’s time to buy a new Samsung’s device. Think about it!
