Chinese Consumers Will Get Galaxy A8s Unicorn Edition

The Chinese market will get the Galaxy A8s available in two new colors as a part of Samsung Unicorn Edition. The new gradient versions have already gone on stock including two different tons. Chinese users will be able to choose from pink/blue or pink/yellow colors in addition to extended warranties and a set of freebies to benefit from.

It seems like the South Korean manufacturer is getting ready to celebrate St. Valentine's Day with its Unicorn Edition featuring Galaxy A8s available in two extra colors. The new versions have been announced back in January. The handsets will get on the stock during the holiday boasting brand new color finishing gradients.

Those who can't resist the temptation and try a new handset version are free to buy them on JungDong Mall, which is one of the largest Chinese digital marketplaces. The phones from a limited Unicorn Edition will have the same specifications available in a single version featuring 6GB of RAM in addition to 128GB of internal storage.

The edition is rumored to come with a high-end Galaxy A8s version. However, it will get on stock only with the release of the upcoming Elf Blue, Alien Silver, and Aurora Black editions. In other words, users will have to wait a bit in order to benefit from 8Gb of RAM with the same internal storage space.

Users should be ready to pay from Rs. 29,300 for two extra Samsung Galaxy A8s gradient versions. The price includes a whole pack of different perks and freebies such as accessories, extended warranty, free EMI plan, etc. The major specs are as follows:

  • 6.2-inch Full HD display (Infinity-O).
  • 128GB of storage.
  • 6-8GB of RAM.
  • 24-megapixel main camera.
  • 10-megapixel front camera.
  • Snapdragon 710 SoC chipset.

As you can see, we should not expect some new hardware. It remains the same.
